Refund Policy
- Eid Holidays are included in the monthly fees of the students and there is no refund for that.
- Eid Holidays are festival/public holidays and there is no reschedule for Eid Holidays.
- There is no refund for missed classes during a month; however, you can take make-up classes for those days.
- If any student has missed class then student can take reschedule class within 30 Days. After 30 Days there will be no reschedule class and reschedule class will be expired.
- If you want to take reschedule class then you will have to inform us atleat 1 hour before the class. If you inform us about reschedule after class time started then there will be no rescedule class for that.
- If any student come to class 5, 10, or 15 minutes later after the class started then the class will be for the remaining time from total 30 Minutes.
- If you avail reschedule for any class and do not join your reschedule class at the time in this situation reschedule class option will not be available again for that class.
- Learn Quran Centre offers a refund of the Monthly Fee of Online Quran Classes if the student withdraws before the start of the month. But once the classes are confirmed and the student took one class or remained absent without any notice to Admin, then the refund is not entertained.
- If any student wants to stop the Classes, he/she has to inform us through our office email before starting the month. But if he/she didn’t inform before starting the month, he has to pay the full monthly fee.
- All packages for Quran Classes are time-based, not courses-based.
- Payment is charged after the Free Trials in advance, on a monthly basis.
- There is no refund for missed classes, but we offer make-up classes if the student had informed us in advance.
